City Room

Good location

For 2 of the 4 days the lift was broken. The room was on the 17 th floor 😭

Nice location, room was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Nice view, bed was comfy,central to where I needed to be

No air condtioning, had to have window open for fresh air but was very noisy from traffic below . When we first arrived the door was locked so I had to go downstairs to ask about it but the staff said we had to contact bookings.com but there was no phone contact number on the email, the building staff were not keen to phone bookings.com but in the end gave us the number to call. Information was not clear about the key fob also needed to get in to the main building. The the room.smelled musty .I was concerned there was only 1 lift for 19 floors and 6 rooms per floor. No tea towels or anything to dry dishes with, rooms not sound proof.
