Recepcionista muito simpático, fala português e tratou a gente com uma hospitalidade muito grande. Quartos limpos, vista linda do pôr do sol, rooftop com drinks e vista, localização boa, perto de ótimos restaurantes e da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Box do banheiro pequeno, mas limpo e de vidro.

The staff was pleasant, but deaf to my complaint about the change in the price of the room. The dispute they claim was not with them, but with Booking.com

The dispute was almost acknowledged. They could have offered free breakfast, but they didn't. I wanted to revise a reservation we booked. I was told that could only be done by cancelling the original one. I would not have changed it if I knew I was going to be charged the rate we were charged. It was definitely listed in dollars, but was posted in euros. I have traveled extensively in Europe and worked in a hotel in Switzerland, so I have comparisons. La Meridiana and Booking.com do NOT measure favorably.

Nice, good quality hotel with super staff at a perfect place. Beautiful rooftop view.
