We loved the apartment. It was quite large and bright. The ability to control the lighting and air conditioning helped us stay comfortable during the summer heat. It was nice to receive not only all the information about the apartment but also recommendations about places in Palermo. They also provided us with additional towels and bedding upon our request without any issues, which was another plus.

The rooms are spacious, there is everything one needs for a perfect time in Palermo.

Good sized apartment, light and airy, very high ceilings, secure building, with a working elevator. Everything was clean and staff was nice. The apartment is in close proximity to a bus station that takes you right to the centre. We appreciated the early check in.

Just a few touches can make this place better. We would've appreciated some more toilet paper (you still need it even when using a bidet and one solitary roll for four nights and three people is not enough). Plus other necessary cosmetics would have been nice - shower gel, for example, we only had a couple of small samples and ended up buying something. We also missed a lid for the pan and some coffee pods for the machine. And although there was some ground coffee, there was no kettle, only a small pot. We also had what was written as "included transfer" to the airport on my Booking page, but it was only offered at a price of extra 50E. I also noticed I paid for 4 adults, even though I selected 3 adults and a child. I also paid extra for a cot, which I find weird, since I had already paid for an extra adult....

The apartment was incredible and clean. In nice area and only 15' away from the old city center by car. Definitely recommended!

Great location for one night after returning our rental car at Notaebotelo and taking the bus to the airport the next morning. Quiet when the windows were closed. Good shower. Very responsive staff...WhatsApp messaging worked well to gain access to the unit.

Bathroom was missing a foot mat (but prior tenants stayed later than expected so cleaner was still there when we arrived at a fewinutes after 4 so maybe he forgot/felt rushed.)

Big rooms, a couple of terraces. There’s an elevator.

Nothing major, but the layout of the apartment was odd, with an empty room and a couple of locked doors. The apartment wasn’t well equipped in terms of toiletries, toilet paper, etc., which was a pity, because it was a rather good place.
