La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. Lo staff è stato disponibile e collaborativo, impegnandosi a trovare una soluzione alle problematiche emerse durante il soggiorno.

La stanza che mi è stata inizialmente assegnata era carina, ma purtroppo presentava seri problemi igienici. Ho trovato peli pubici sia nella camera da letto che in bagno, cosa decisamente inaccettabile. Inoltre il bagno aveva evidenti problemi di muffa e sporco. Devo però riconoscere che lo staff, dopo aver segnalato la situazione, il giorno successivo mi ha sistemato in un’altra stanza, risolvendo il problema. L’intervento è stato apprezzato, ma l’igiene della prima stanza lascia molto a desiderare.

Struttura nel cuore di Salerno, molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi. Personale super disponibile, struttura nella norma

Le pareti sono troppo sottili e siamo stati disturbati dagli altri ospiti delle stanze accanto. Inoltre c’era un generale “cattivo odore”, probabilmente proveniente dal sistema di areazione del bagno.
