Hotel Grand Palace

We loved the staff. Amazingly accommodating at arrival at 1:00am and made us feel very welcome. Zura and Even were fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast was plentiful and wnjoy by whole family.

The hotel is quite good overall. The front office staff are very hospitable and friendly. Zura was exceptionally kind, helpful and truly went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I only requested a quiet and convenient room, and he kindly offered me a free upgrade to a very nice, big, and cozy room. Ivan was also very kind and always willing to help, constantly checking if everything was okay during my stay. Giorgi is kind, professional and hardworking. The hotel also offers room service, which is very convenient. The hotel also is clean and the breakfast area is clean too. The atmosphere also in the breakfast area is very nice with a relaxing music.

The breakfast needs improvement, as it has the same options every day. On two consecutive days, the buffet food was cold, although the available choices were tasty. There was also an issue with the shower in the room, as water was leaking from several places when it was in use, except when using the handheld shower. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town on food, so transportation is needed but taxis are inexpensive. Transportation in Georgia is very affordable, with cheap taxis like Bolt and public transport.

La posizione della struttura dall'aeroporto...

Avevo chiesto prima del viaggio un letto king size matrimoniale, mi è stato fornito due letti singoli uniti... una mancanza molto importante non soddisfare le richieste del cliente...in più se viene da un viaggio lungo e stancante... L'arredamento della camera era molto diverso delle foto che sono stati pubblicate. Ma comunque nella norma... niente di eccezionale... poi una volta arrivati ce ne siamo accorti che mancavano asciugamani grandi... abbiamo dovuto chiedere di fornisci gli asciugamani grandi... Dopo un lunghissimo viaggio arrivati molto tardi, ci siamo svegliati tardi dopo l'orario massimo per la colazione e con poca scelta per fare colazione, il bar in alternativa non affriva niente... mancava il personale...
