The double booking after I paid and it was confirmed. My wife was terriblely upset. Only once I threatened to lay a case of fraud was offered an alternative. Correct to have done is put the people in the alternative accommodation for our last night. Trust broken.

Literally home aways from home. This place has everything you need.

Nothing, the property has everything you need.

It's very safe and secure, close to the center of town and everything else you need. It's a home away from home. The unit has ANYTHING you can need. Will definitely be back. We loved it!

Nothing! These aren't things we didn't like, nor are they necessities, it's recommendations for creature comforts. We recommend taking a closed braaigrid, long braaitongs, coffee, tea, milk and fire / braaiwood. The unit has a gorgeous boma braai but only a small flat braai grid, not a closed one, and only short braaitongs.

House fairly well equipped.  Tastefully decorated. Property well maintained and safe.

Cooked prawns/shrimp not cleared from the fridge before our stay, fridge stank entire time. Very cold inside, no alternative heating during night. Loft room extremely cold due to the vent above the bath sucking all the hot air from the fire place out. Noisiest accommodation ever - trucks, buses and cars going past the house from morning to night. Rooster next door crowing non-stop from 03:30 every morning.

Fantastic accommodation, very well equipped and beautifully furnished, we loved staying there and will be back.

Nothing negative to say

I really enjoyed the space: it is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The front porch (stoep) is really nice. The cottage is well-equipped and has everything you need for a home away from home stay.

I spent a weekend there, and it was peaceful, as I expected. However, on the Monday morning of my departure, the early morning traffic (trucks) rushing past was unpleasant, to say the least.

We loved the cosy cottage. The fireplace heats it up very effectively. The kitchen is very well equipped! The shower is fantastic and the loft area where the bedroom is is just lovely. The outside area is well maintained and we can imagine making fire outside on a summer evening will be great. Definitely recommend and we will visit again!

It is not that we did not like it as the location is clear on the map. But it is not really within walking distance if you want to go out for dinner at the square in the evening, so just keep that in mind. There is a bit of road noise as quite a few trucks passed to deliver in town. But again, that was more during the morning so it did not keep us up at night.
