Staff were friendly, the food was amazing and made a great overnight stop before our flight

There was some really noisy children running up and down the hallways but understand that isnt the hotels fault

Check in staff and bar staff great. Appreciated drink vouchers & sweets in room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Really handy for airport. Would stay again.

Bathroom a little bit tired but clean and functional.

The hotel was convenient for the airport, the staff were polite and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant was adequate, but I was surprised it closed early, despite being a hotel that is designed for travellers using the airport at all hours! I do not understand the concept of a airport hotel that does not have a 24/7 bar/restaurant. Food was of a good standard and prices reasonable.

I paid for a double room as a single was more expensive (?) Not sure how that is possible! The rooms are tired looking and for €140 I paid for the night, it definitely wasn't worth it. It seems to me that instead of completely renovating the entire rooms they have just improved a piece of furniture, e.g the wash basin looked modern but the bath and toilet weren't. The bath had chips/mouldy dark grouting and grubby looking. The toilet had the old flush system, the door was peeling from damp and the MDF splitting at the bottom of the door. Really not of a standard, I had expected for 140 euro a night! A room of that standard in Greece, where I live, would be about 40-60 euro a night. I also found out that if it rains at 6am the hotel isn't convenient for the airport, a six/eight minute walk in the rain while dragging a suitcase wasn't at all 'convenient' .... there should be an option for a shuttle for a couple of pounds, when needed.

Good location, staff were lovely and the general facilities were good.

I stayed for two nights, due to showering in the gym/pool, I didn't notice this, but in the morning I noticed hair in my bath and hair clips on the floor. The cleaning needs to be better as the bathroom was not cleaned well before I checked in.

Convenient as on the airport itself location is a 10/10.

The main areas were nice and modern, rooms were a little dated / tired and need a bit of a refresh some stains etc from wear (not unclean).

The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet

The dinner was AWFUL - terrible chef and would stop me coming back again it was so bad. However, the breakfast was good :)

Room was clean and quiet, even with festival traffic/noise.

Empty soap dispenser in shower for 3 days straight. System locked me and several other guests out of room 2 nights in a row and hotel staff tried to blame us by saying we had our room keys near cell phones or car keys. I had mine in 2 different locations with no cell phone or car key exposure. Bad enough being locked out of room on a late night return from walking/being on feet all day; how about we just fix the issue and not blame guests. On top of all of that, the room rate was about 8-10x normal price because of Download festival. Doesn't make anything easier to digest.
