Staff who greeted us on arrival barely glanced at us as she gave us our room key, we had to ask for directions

Location was good, we flew in at 2.30am, so a short drive to the hotel was perfect

A small thing, but the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The worst aspect of our admittedly very short stay was the smell. We initially detected it as we walked up the stairs to our room, 131, on the first floor. Upon entering the room the smell became stronger. It was like a mould/mildew/ damp odour, and was definitely unpleasant.
