Excelentes condições em geral, quartos limpos e bem cuidados, cozinha ampla, bom espaço exterior, casa de banho pequena, mas funcional.

Localização da casa fica muito em cima da estrada e falta de estacionamento quando ambos os apartamentos estão ocupados.
