Very friendly and available staff, arranged transfer from train station for us and car rental, much appreciated. Very nice cuisine on the spot, great breakfast as well. Calm location, ideal to discover Fès.

"A beautiful stay with great service."

A truly beautiful hotel, filled with intricate carved stucco and woodwork throughout, and a magnificent orange tree standing at the heart of the riad. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by how stunning the place is. The service was absolutely outstanding from our arrival to the moment we left. Our room was very spacious, and the food was excellent. A wonderful stay overall.

Questa struttura ci era stata consigliata da amici e, in effetti, il riad, i servizi ed il personale sono davvero eccezionali. Ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati e loro hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. La migliore struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato sinora in marocco

Nulla, a voler davvero trovare il pelo nell' uovo, la wifi non prendeva benissimo in una delle due stanze e il vicino gallo cantava da troppo presto (abbiamo segnalato ai ragazzi della reception che si sono subito sincerati che non fosse un problema per noi; in caso positivo, avrebbero parlato con il contadino)
