All is very nice, very friendly stuff, great location

The best part of Locanda Elisa is the location, right in the middle of the town. As we were on holiday with our kids and grandchildren, it was very convinient for walk with a stroller, a quick shopping or skibus. Also the restaurant is very appreciated. The apartament looks classic and basic, maybe a little bit outdated, could use a refurbishment. The studio apartment is very large and cosy, very warm at all time. We knew what to expect and we got what we expected. The staff was friendly and available most time. Special thanks to Lavinia.

On our 5th day we had a problem with the electricity that was solved next afternoon. Problems may appear anytime or anywhere, but we were unpleasantly surprised by the owner's attitude. Seems like the problem came from the induction stove and the weak/old electrical system of the flat. The owner argued with us and reproached that the flat is a touristic one, not made for cooking. These words were addresed to us, two grandparents in our 70's, after boiling some potatoes, frying up some fishfinger and heating up a soup for out 2 grandchildren visiting us (they were staing in another location). Very dissapointing....

The hardest part of traveling for us is being able to sleep. Neighbors always make too much noise. But we slept better than at home. The staff was so so kind and helpful it made it the best ski trip we have had in Italy. You are close to the slopes, but get to sleep and meet the locals. Grazie mille.

The location is great and the staff is making everything to make you feel welcomed.

The apartment is big and has the needed facilities

1. The apartment is located above a bar and a restaurant that is doing huge (!) noise every night till midnight. 2. The hot water is enough for 4 people only each time

We loved the location which is right across from a few bakeries and restaurants. The restaurant on the bottom floor was exceptional and we even met the owner Elise a few times who was very generous.

We only wish our room had a balcony but we booked late.
