We booked a one night stay in Marrakech at this large residence to assist an event, expecting a peaceful stay in a traditional riad apartment with three rooms, as advertised. It was supposed to be a comfortable space for just two people, but what we found on arrival was completely different and unacceptable. Instead of the riad apartment, we were given a house(It's not even a house) with only one room, and it was in terrible condition. The minimum sanitary standards were simply not met. The toilet didn’t work, so we had to manually fill a bucket to flush it. The sink was filled with dirty water, and there was no toilet paper provided. Used towels were left for us, and the bed sheets were clearly not cleaned. When we asked for clean sheets, the man responsible (not the person we originally booked with, who was polite but not helpful) handed us a bag full of random items, including more dirty linens. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our booking, but we never received it. Instead, we had to pay an additional $12 for a very low quality breakfast served within the residence. The apartment had poor access to sunlight and felt like an old, abandoned space that hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially considering the price. We could have easily stayed in a comfortable 3 to 4 star hotel for what we paid. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay the night, but I sincerely hope no one else goes through what we did. I strongly advise against booking this place.

A very interesting three-story apartment with access to the roof, where there's a table and sofas. The air conditioners worked correctly, so it wasn't cold at night during the winter. Very responsive manager.

Very good staiyng in the Mira medina garden. The location is amazing, a lot of space and everything very clean. The host is very friendly and accomodating. The place is close to the Medina, but is outside the walls: almost 25 minutes walking from the central square in Medina. This guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay, with shops and bar/restaurants availables, even if not so close to the monuments and touristic places.
