SS Suites & Apartments - Maitama, Abuja

My go-to place in Abuja! It offers the best value for money and an unbeatable location. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is always spotless, and the furniture is well-maintained. With a microwave and fridge included, it’s perfect for both vacations and long-term business stays. Best of all, the host and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

The only drawback is the unreliable Wi-Fi. But since mobile data is cheap in Nigeria, it’s not a big deal. Plus, the staff helped me get my data recharged.

We had a wonderful stay at Ss Suites. The location is prime, close to supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. The host was very accommodating, and we really appreciated his effort in making sure everything was comfortable for us. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication was smooth throughout, and check-in - out was easy. It’s a quiet and safe area, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again.

Great location. 7 minutes by car from TBS / federal secretariat/ ministry of foreign affairs etc. Very close proximity to central area.

The cable TV wasn't subscribed, and there was no internet

I couldn't get access even after booking online. I got to the property and the security told me they were fully booked. How did they let my booking go through when they were at full capacity already?
