Not clean. No proper maintenance. No water for bathing in the morning. No TV. No water bottles. The bathroom was very poor. The hand shower was not working. Cockroaches everywhere. It was very evident that oyo is for part time couples visit and not for family. Very poor

They did not provide any food, however its closer to passport office and IT companies.

I clearly mentioned while booking that I need to occupy room between 6 am to 7am..they accepted and sent email to pay half or full amount for confirmation, I paid full amount. however after reaching Townhouse De Alphabet Hotel they said check-in time will be 12PM ..for early check-in 600rs extra, its really bad. I requested to staff & manager just we will freshup and vacate immediately and not going to stay fullday but staff and manager did not accept. I don't have other option paid the early check-in amount and used room for fresh-up and vacated immediately. they did not clean room also..its not at all hygenic, finally I don't suggest the Townhouse De Alphabet Hotel to anyone.

Lot of cock roaches in rooms, manager is not able to solve our complaints . TV available in room as show, no any channels were showing. No hot water in rooms after complaints they were taken action. The manager didn't know what the deficiencies were in the rooms.

Nothing in particular. I would never go back to this property nor will I advise any family or friend to stay here.

Nothing like shown in the pictures. Room was dirty. We found food crumbs from earlier guests. Blankets were dirty with stains over it. No cloth hanger or cupboards for storage. Room service was barely available. There was no drinking water in the premises on the first night of our stay. After several reminders they provided a couple of 1 ltr water bottles
