ST NIKOLA PANORAMIC SUITES HALKIDIKI

The location is great! At the top of the st. Nikola beautiful village with a picturous view of the red roofs of the village and the sea. The house new, super comfortable with a small kitchen very well equipped. Evi the hostess is super nice!!! And she thought of every small detail to make the stay perfect, there are even bags with sun umbrellas next to each room to take with you to the beautiful beaches of Sythonia and enjoy under the shade :)

This property truly exceeded our expectations! We chose it carefully, had high hopes, and were absolutely delighted with our choice. Nestled at the end of a lane above the village, surrounded by olive groves and on the edge of a forest, the location is stunning. The views are breathtaking, just as depicted in the photos. The balcony is spacious, with a table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The property is new, beautifully decorated with individual retro and antique touches that we loved. Evi, the host, was fantastic—approachable, available, and incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to ensure our happiness. The pool area is just as impressive as shown in the pictures. The village offers a couple of small supermarkets, a great bakery, and several restaurants, mostly located in the tiny but charming square. We enjoyed our meals at two Greek tavernas. Nearby villages provide further dining options, but the intimate atmosphere of Agios Nikolas's square was unmatched, especially as the village appears to gather there in the evenings. Agios Nikolas is perfectly situated in Sithonia, with beaches less than 10 minutes away and Neo Mamaras just a 25-minute drive. We will stay here again!

Stunning view over the valley, capturing both village and sea. Best sunrise I've ever seen, directly from the bed situated in the hall. Relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was perfect, well furnished and clean. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

What an amazing spot for a getaway. The view from the huge balcony and from the pool are amazing. Evi is an amazing host, taking care of you and providing you with all the details you need to know to get the most out of your stay. Amazing apartment, love all the details.

Amazing view to the sea and the city. Calm atmosphere although near to the city, very kind and helpful host who reacted on several occasions immediately- I.eg. we forgot our key, she managed to help, she is also cleaning each day. Privacy, pool was amazing, atmosphere was great. I could see sunrise in the sea and pool. It’s a 5-star holiday. Just a great place!

Beautiful view from the rooms and pool. The host was very helpful and allowed us to charge the car (electric). The rooms were cleaned every day and the sheets/towels changed every 3 days. There were towels for pool. The rooms had everything we needed and were very spatious.

The access road is unpaved and a bit too narrow, but it was ok overall. The car (Tesla Model 3) didn't bottom out.

Amazing location, serene and so close to the Agios Nicolas village center that has the best restaurants and cafes.
