"Good"

Do not book. Paid for staying here for a weekend, received full confirmation. The host messages me the next day saying I cannot check in and that I should cancel the booking myself to get a refund (to dodge their penalty of cancelling on a guest). I didn’t cancel, so the host stopped replying completely. Currently having to go through booking customer service to get my money back, but the host is not replying to them either…

"Perfect clean, safe accommodation."

Very clean in all areas. Polite caretaker and partner who lived upstairs but were totally non intrusive. Parking. Clean linen, towels etc, crockery etc all supplied. We will absolutely be staying here again. Great price and better than a hotel for teenagers !

It lacked a mirror in the property which i would suggest they supplied asap. People need a mirror!. The door on rm3 wouldn't stay stut without being locked which I couldn't do overnight. The TV in rm1 is broken, the screen is according to my son. The rooms were all very hot, I assume due to refrigerators from the shop below. The road outside is very noisy, but obviously not the owners fault!

Not as described, there was another person living with us from a shop downstairs, shared kitchen and bathroom with was not in the description
