Great little house, beautiful views of the mountains, quiet suburb, great jacuzzi and braai area. Would definitely visit again

The wifi was good. Loved the old rustic farm charm of the accommodation. Luckily we didn't need to cook a thing as that would've been an adventure of itself with the indoor braai as there is no stove :) The beds were very comfortable. Wished we had time to use the hot tub and outside suspension table!

We never met the host and it would have been nice to have been greeted and given some recommendations of the area as we were there for 1 night only. Otherwise had an enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed a lovely night with my elderly folks at Karoo-Rus. The house is located in the upper part of Montagu town in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a lovely view of the mountains. The house has all the basic necessities for self-catering, with nice added touches like wood for sale for braais (honesty system). The Western Cape was experiencing a heatwave during our stay, so it was great to have the little pool outside for a dip to cool down! Wi-Fi connected easily and was pretty fast. Communication with the owners was easy and straightforward. Though I did not get to meet them in person, they were super friendly.
