It is a traditional home surrounded by trees.

Even if it’s a traditional house it’s unfortunately not well mentioned. Staircases, wooden beds, windows are full of dust. Mirrors with stains. Towels with yellow stains, on the name of toiletries they provided just a small medimix soap. Food service was pretty slow and basic quality. Info desk person should try to avoid talking loudly with staff.

Services are very poor, even after reminding the staff, things are missing, they need to make a room ready before the guest check-in, we reached around 5:30 at evening, call them around 2, still things are missing, even after reminding them but still no response.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Konkan Nest Resort. The listing is clearly misleading. At no point during booking was it mentioned that the room is non-AC, yet the photos show an AC room, creating a false impression. As per their policy, cancellations are non-refundable—but this situation is due to their misrepresentation, not the customer’s fault. Despite this, they refused to provide any refund. We did not even check in and had to leave after a long journey. There was also a power cut with no generator backup, and we saw other guests struggling in the heat. This reflects very poor management, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this property and be cautious before booking.
