the location is good

The rooms are too small. You can hardly move around the room because it is so small.

Close to the center.

The ladies working there were smoking inside and there was an intense cigarette smell everywhere. The carpet was old and filthy. Low quality breakfast.

No escalator Dirty of bathroom

The staff were amazing...Emrah was extremely helpful when we were organising our next night's accommodation. Bahar was amazing on our arrival and at breakfast the next day.

The management do need to update their description of the room. No WiFi. No sound proofing, the family in room 202 were very loud, late into the night. City views includes a fire escape and roof.

The hotel is in a very good location, everything is in walking distance, downtown is around 3 minutes by foot. The staff at the hotel is just super nice, I really enjoyed talking with them. They are very helpful, anything you ask they try to help you the best they can.

A minor thing really, but the card for my room had to be reset every day because it lost the connection with the a door. A little bit annoying, but nothing too serious.
