The hostess was so warm and friendly and has a big heart for children. The location is perfect for visiting Venice because its 2 min walk to the station and there are trains every 5-10minutes to venezia St lucia. There were many details that were appreciated such as a generous basket of Toiletries, breakfast basket, various teas and coffees in the kitchen and use of washing machine. It's so close to supermarket and restaurants and shops. Best option if you don't want to pay for overpriced accommodation inside Venice but want easy access to it.

It was really ideal for us and I can't think of anything really I didn't like.

The apartment is located close to the Mestre station. The host is really kind and responsive.

There are 3 rooms in the apartment and each room is rented separately. Overall, the apartment accommodates between 8-10 when fully booked (which was the case when we were there). There is only 1 bathroom (with toilet inside) for these many people. This is unacceptable as the waiting times are really long. The same goes for kitchen. No air conditioning in the entire apartment and as a result the room gets really hot at night. The electrical installations need a rework.

Good locally placed to train station 10min train to venice city. We had two fans for ourself to cool down.

No warm water. Cockroaches.

Good location, 2 mins walk from train station. Good for a short stay/transit.
