Amazing apartment with everything you need! The host is super nice and welcoming. The location is great, close to the center, but far enough to be calm!

Everything was lovely.

Cash payment. It's unfair to do this to tourists. I lost 19 cash back. 28 bank fees. And Lost** my emergency cash rather than being able to pay with my cards or zip through bookings. We need to make it very clear if its Cash payment. The host didn't tell me until I dragged everything into tje second flight room. This demand for cash upfront is something I will no longer entertain. Fir them to save on bookings fees they place us, TOURISTS TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY, in a disgusting predicament just for them to save a few dollars. This experience ended up costing mr far far more. Its disgusting and these should all be removed from bookings

​This was a pleasant stay with a lot of positive aspects. The place itself was nicely decorated and had a great design, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The full kitchen was a major plus, offering everything we needed and adding to the great value for money. The location is also fantastic, being super close to the main road, which made getting around very convenient. The hosts were very nice and pleasant to interact with in person, which we appreciated.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the shower cabin was a notable issue, as there was some buildup that detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the online communication could have been more refined. Important information like the checkout time was missing from the booking details, and when we reached out, the response felt a bit commanding rather than helpful. While the place has a lot to offer, a bit more attention to hospitality and the shower's cleanliness would make a big difference.

I've been bicycling through the Balkans for six weeks now, and this apartment was the best- beautiful, well-designed, and filled with anything you might need. Even better than the apartment was the host. What a nice and helpful woman! I wish Tolevski Apartments the best.
