Possibly our best stay in a B&B. Really exceptional property and an outstanding, charming host! Carla went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable and with an excellent swimming pool. Faultless.

Everything was great and Carla is an amazing host. We really enjoyed our one night at her place and we will highly recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, the pool was temporarily closed. However, this was due to the weather and we completely understand this could happen during this season.

The property is a Bed and Breakfast in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Bracciano. Carla is a very welcoming host and her breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the pool was so inviting. It’s only a short drive to the town of Trevignano Romano with wonderful restaurants. Also Bracciano is only a short drive with its amazing castle and fabulous restaurants including a Tapas Bar built into the walls of the castle.

It's lovely and cozy place right next to the beautiful lake. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the villa. So peaceful and calm. Seniora Carla is so kind and friendly person. We had such an interesting conversation in the breakfast. Thank you Carla. We definitely come back soon.

Very friendly and helpful hostess. Our deluxe room was spacious and beautiful (bedroom + lounge room with possibility for 2 single beds). The pool area was lovely. We had breakfast on the main terrace with great view. The area is on a high hill with many villas. Calm area. Car is necessary. Appr. 10 min drive to Trevignano. The view to the lake are beautiful.

There were some spider webs in our room (otherwise it was very clean). I guess bugs etc can not be avoided this close to nature. 😁 Not an issue though.
