The proximity to the river and the city centre

Keyless entry is difficult! I had to call for assistance. It was incredibly noisy. The residents upstairs were loud until the early hours and another neighbour was shouting in the street until late. The shower has low pressure. There was no plug for the bath. I found someone’s hair by the taps…. The mattress on the bed was really thin and uncomfortable

Great location right next to the city centre, and yet in a quiet little corner, not noisy and very safe.

The distance from town

The mattress was awful.we was going to sleep on bed settee next night pulled it out the mattress was disgusting.if they changed mattress it would be 8 out of 10

Great location and communication. Signal was not the best, but WiFi was working fine throughout, so there was no issue. Great location and communication from property's staff.

The decor and for how close it was to bars and restaurants in centre.

Wifi kept lagging and electric switch for back wall plugs in living room kept tripping every 45 mins to an hour. Also without WiFi there is no tv, there isn’t any cable.
