Mary and Nigel were lovely! They check on us and even brought a baby bath. The kids loved it and been able to feed the ponies. The beach was only 3 mins walk.

Wonderful idyllic accommodation on Isle of Wight.A quiet area,within the reach of water n rural,plenty of wildlife from pheasants to rabbits to birds of the area.Accommodation was exceptional for families or couples. Great hosts,with everything one needs within reach,if I could give more than exceptional, I would.

Lovely peaceful location. Nice hosts and kitchen had everything you needed even tea, coffee,milk, eggs and flowers on arrival

The host met me on arrival and made sure everything was in order. Very friendly and helpful. The property was lovely and clean and had tea/coffee making facilities available on arrival. Much appreciated after an 8 hour journey. There was also farm fresh eggs and fresh flowers in the rooms, a nice touch. The layout was perfect especially when you have dogs, having 3 doors to exit the property. It was kitted out with everything you need for a weeks stay. Fantastic location, just a few steps to the beach path. The property is a working farm accessed by a 1/4 mile road so no passing traffic. Obviously there is a little noise from the farm but I liked that aspect. Two calves had been born and I was shown them which was lovely. The local shops are a couple of miles away so buying what you need is not a problem. It doesn’t take long to drive around the island and there are some lovely villages and locations to visit.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like or would change.

Walking distance to a very quiet beach. Beautiful sunsets. The owners made us feel very welcome and took our children to see the farm animals.
