Pessimo, condizioni igieniche fuori dal normale. Tutto sporco, muffa in cucina e insetti/blatte all’interno, puzzava da vomitare. Ah quasi dimenticavo il sacco dill’immondizia trovato fuori

Struttura piccola ma dotata di tutto il confort per soggiornare come a casa tua ,lenzuola pulite e asciugamani pulitissimi,cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario,frigo microonde..,comoda per visitare la città e a pocchi metri dalla stazione centrale e del centro ,

Sporca, è tutto rotto tra i mobili per la cucina, fuori è inguardabile, posizione per niente bella perche ci abbiamo messo due ore per trovare un parcheggio (non lo abbiamo trovato), puzza di umido Tutto orrendo, non consiglio a nessuno di venirci

Terrible !! Had to book another hotel to stay in because we could't sleep in this mess !!! Booking.com filed a coplaint telling us we would get a refund but never sent us any update either!!

This was one of the worst bookings I’ve ever made. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place – the photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. The moment I entered, I was hit with a terrible smell of damp and mildew. The whole apartment felt cold, humid, and uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a shocking state – dirty floor, mold and mildew in the shower corners, and the toilet brush looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Everything was filthy, neglected, and uninviting. The terrace, which was advertised as a feature, was absolutely disgusting. The jacuzzi – one of the main reasons I booked this property – was not working at all. That’s completely misleading and unacceptable. There was no duvet on the bed, only a dirty, smelly cover that made it hard to even lie down comfortably. Worst of all – before my arrival, I contacted the host, expressing concerns after reading poor reviews and asking for the place to be clean and prepared. My message was completely ignored. I honestly don’t understand how this place still has a rating at all. It’s a disgrace that Booking.com allows it to be rented out. Do not waste your money or your time – this place is filthy and a total disaster.
