Nice location for exploring Lisbon - Big appartment, very suitable for a family of four - vert nice with the pool after walking full days of hilly Lisbon

Bewohner total unhöflich. Waren am Pool mit einem Getränk, was verboten ist. Da jedoch sonst niemand da war, dachten wird es wäre kein Problem. Daraufhin brüllte eine Frau aus dem Fenster, sie schickt die Security wenn wir nicht sofort das Getränk wegbringen. Auch als wir versicherten sofort es zu entfernen schrie sie weiter. Wie wissen nicht ob diese die Vermieterin war oder blos eine Bewohnerin. Außerdem kein entgegenkommen, die Koffer ein paar Stunden nach Checkout noch im Haus abzustellen.

The apartment is spectacular! Hidden away in a central location. Clean, comfortable and a home-from-home experience. Sadly, we were not able to make maximum use of many of the facilities (kitchen, gym, pool, sun garden). We had so much to see and do in Lisbon, our visit seemed to fly by and it rally was too short! The rooftop swimming pool was a veritable bonus. Also, there are some great places to eat, drink and stock up on groceries close by.

In terms of comfort, this is a personal preference, but we would have liked more pillows for the beds. In addition, we noticed that one of the showers was slow to evacuate the water - you have to go easy with it.

The property was in a very nice location (a bit up on a hill but this is normal in Lisbon), a stone away from public transport and all main facilities, restaurants and shops. The flat was cosy and nice - we were in two and we did have quite some space to chill after sightseeing (even if we did not cook). The pool and the outdoor facilities were also very nice - unfortunately we were unable to use them due to bad weather conditions.

Communication with the host was a bit 'difficult' as we tried to approach them prior to the arrival date but had no response until two days before the date of arrival when we received the check in instructions - from that point communication was more fluid. Also, upon arrival the flat had not been cleaned due to a misunderstanding between the host and the cleaners and we were the ones who found this out upon entering the flat. The host was very responsive, sent three cleaners immediately but this delayed our check in of a few hours - also, given that the previous guests left the flat in very bad conditions, even if the cleaners did the best to clean within a few hours, the flat was not very clean. The host was still nice as to apologise for this inconvenience offered us a dinner at a local restaurant - all in all such things could happen and they took action right away.

Very spacious apartment. Great location for Graca, the Castle and Alfama.

Complicated to find the rubbish bins with different door codes!

Location is perfect for exploring the city. Everyone around so friendly and helpful.

Needed a larger sofa for relaxing. Also an information book would have been helpful.

Mostly very comfortable.

Very poor communication. The city tax had increased since I had booked (doubled) and had to be paid in cash but I wasn’t notified of this until we were already in the apartment. As it was our last day in Portugal it meant that I hadn’t budgeted for the cash which was a hassle finding a place to change currency. Four of us stayed 2 nights and there were only 4 coffee pods. When I asked if we could get more I received a nasty message from the host, stating “it’s not a 5 star hotel”. I couldn’t believe it. Very unnecessary. It would be helpful if there was a regular coffee pot instead of relying on pods, especially as they aren’t provided.
