There is everything a family needs. A well furnished and comfortable apartment. At a walking distance from the center of Thessaloniki. We easily found a park spot for our car on the street.

Such a great stay. Everything was super cozy and comfortable. The owner left us wine and something for breakfast which was such a nice touch.

If there was a rate of 11 I would give 11. The house is so good and there are so many little details that host had thought of we were highly impressed. My daughter forgot her ipad and the host called us immediately and even offered us to bring where we are. I dont normally write comments on booking but this host and house made me feel like i should write and praise this place. I would definetely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

this apartment was amazing !!! Modern and recently refurbished , very well decorated in a stylish way and it had everything that a traveler could need, or to say it better : it had MORE than everything !!!this was my home away from home !!! The host Andrew was super professional , polite and a very good person !he answered everything very fast and was EXTREMELLY helpful !!! who ever visit Thessaloniki has to stay there and ONLY there ! i stayed for 9 days in September 2024 and i was sad when i was about to leave !!! Andrew you are THE greatest host of all and your apartment is amazing !!! Amazing !!!! thank you for your excellent hospitality !!!

The apartment is rated 10+. It is brand new, spacious 70m2 with a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and two terraces. The terrace that connects the living room and the bedroom overlooks the street. It has a sofa. The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. Parking is public along the street and is free. The most important thing is that your car is safe because there is a police station 50m away. The apartment has air conditioning or a fan in every room. In the bedrooms, you have spacious double beds with comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean white linen. What sets this apartment apart from others is the exceptional owner of the apartment, who made an extreme effort to make you feel welcome. In the kitchen, you will be greeted by a dining table with a bottle of wine. In the refrigerator, you will find chilled water and juices. In the freezer, you have ice. A large selection of coffee and coffee maker. You can also have breakfast or dinner. You get tea, honey, jam, euro cream and dvopek. If you want to cook, all the spices are available. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that exist. There is a washing machine and washing powder in the kitchen. In the bathroom you have everything from chemistry that you need. The bathroom is new and very modern and nicely equipped. There are shops and fast food restaurants near the apartment. As someone who travels a lot and I myself deal with renting out lux apartments, I can tell you that the apartment is EXCELLENT. It gives you the feeling of being in your own home, very comfortable, clean, new, equipped. The owner tries very hard to give you all the information you need. IT'S A GREAT PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET.
