The bathroom wasn’t clean. Even the room floor was not clean.

PLEASE AVOID BOOKING A ROOM in TREEBO Grand Hotel Ayodhya at all costs. Reasons : 1. It is not in Ayodhya but outskirts around 40 min away (12 km) from the main area hence taxi is a must, will use highway as one can’t enter the main city area unless one has a pass. Hotel taxi Overcharged beyond words as much as 500 rs per hr , driver doesn’t know anything about Ayodhya, charged us 2000 for 5 hrs . 2. Hotel staff is novice, inexperienced, rude, they said they don’t care what is written on booking.com . 3. ⁠Rooms are overpriced , one needs to ask for everything from soap to water bottle, no heating in the rooms, no hair dryer in a room priced 5000 per night. 4. Taxi owner insists on payment before sitting in the car, exploits the need for a cab, and no public vehicle is available nearby. The only good thing about Ayodhya is the darshan in Ram mandir. Please don’t get fleeced and avoid paying high rates to people waiting to fleece tourists here.

Did not like the : Location of hotel is remote, rural setting. Lack of decent road. Safety major concern. No car parking space. No Electricity towards hotel entrance. Garbage accumulated, and Filth in front of hotel entrance. far away from main Ayodhya tourist spots.

We stayed only for one night 14/11/24, and checked out the next day. Reasons being as follows: 1. The beds and beddings in the room were absolutely below par. 2. The pillows were filthy and had stains on them. 3. The pillow covers were unwashed and had hair. 4. The bed sheets were stained and were not washed, and had hair on them. 5. The location of the hotel was misleading to the ad information on booking.com 6. The hotel is located in a remote and rural setting, with very limited electricity to the road leading to the hotel. 7. The hotel entrance is surrounded by filth, and garbage. 8. There is no parking available for car. 9. Above all, the hotel is not even worth a budget stay category, it is absolutely a scam hotel, with a shady staff and location. 10. Hotel premise safety is a big concern.

Roads are narrow to reach the property but staff members helped to find the location on call wifi was working very slow , breakfast quality can be improved. stay was ok ok

Communication from outside is very difficult.’overall the cleanliness of the rooms and linen needs major improvement . In fact in our rooms the pillows are old and used and also the bed sheets . Clean environment is a must

Hotel is very nice I enjyoed the view from balcony with breakfast AC was not working which was resolved in 20mins. Manager and staff are helpful.
