Staff tried there best to make things comfortable with their limited sources.

Location, its too far from city. Nothing is available nearby as the location is at remote place

Dear Team Treebo, We visited hotel. But your partner hotel asked amount INR 9887.46. Where as booking.com fixed INR 7,700/-. Your hotel partner denied to give the room on set price given by booking.com. We 3 people reached hotel at 10 pm and were waited at the reception for more than 1 HR but the hotel manager strictly denied to give the room and said to dial 100 and get the money back from police or speak to booking.com for the refund.  Ultimately we were forced to leave hotel at mid night to find out alternative. Treebo team can check the entries in hotel register. I am attaching the snap shot of entry register for your reference.  Treebo staff had discussed with me and assured to get the refund.  It was really a pathetic experience and bad experience from the hotel staff and now Treebo blaming us for no show. Your hotel partner is a totally fraud and it is very unfortunate to know your response also for supporting him and not releasing the paid amount.  Now I can clearly say that Treebo is also partner in this fraud business.  With no regards Vikas Jain +977 98182 07357
