"A comfortable stay in an excellent location"

The location was just about 10 minutes' walk to the university I visited, so very convenient. It is also an excellent neighborhood.

Well, there are still room for improvement in terms of facilities. Firstly, the kitchen. May be a rice cooker and a food processor will come in handy. Secondly, only one room had an air conditioner. The other room should be fitted with one. I foresee one of the occupants complaining during the hot summer season. I do not know if there is central heating/cooling system since the room I was occupying was warm during the cold weather even though it had no visible heater.
