How was spacious for use by 3 families,kitchen well stocked with glasses ,dishes and pans. The central heating helped keep the house warm. We didn’t use the garden due to cold weather Hereford was easy to either walk or use the car, good choice of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants

Both electric fires didn’t provide any heat only seemed to work for light effect and one initially smelled of dust when first used. We didn’t report this because we had central heating to the house. We couldn’t get the TV to work in one of the lounges, we didn’t report this because other TV available. A downstairs toilet would have been a great facility when you have a large number of people using the house

they provided game facilities but things like darts and table tennis balls were badly broken and couldn’t be used. just a minor thing.

No breakfast required. House was airy, spacious , lots of recreational and sitting areas, lovely garden and patio. The bedrooms were good sizes, the showers functioned well, the kitchen provided everything we needed to seat, to cook and to serve eleven people - more when our overseas family all came for lunch. The shops were near, we had no trouble with GPS finding the house and parking. Everywhere was really high standard in cleanth & tidiness. City centre access close. We all enjoyed our stay.

For the elderly or infirm, a downstairs lavatory would be a boon. The stairs were a challenge for anyone with breathing difficulties. The one thing lacking in the kitchen was a teapot but thats a picayune point. One thing I would suggest is a larger, firmer bed in the room at the top of the first stairs….sag in the middle mattress, not wide enough for two space grabbers. Lights in hallway need attention.
