We didn't meet any staff but their instructions were clear and timely. The apartment is large, bright, clean, functional and very well located.

The apartment was beautiful, just like in the picture. It was equipped with everything you need and the stay was a pleasure. The hot tub was clean and functional, a perfect place to relax. The location was also very nice, because everything was close. The host was helpful and very nice. Warm greetings to the owner and his very nice dad who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport 😍 We fell in love with Italy, the people are very nice and helpful. I hope we will come back there soon 🧡

The apartment is very close to the main streets. It's clean and the beds are very comfortable, it's a big plus that there are two bathrooms. Also the jacuzzi is very big and relaxing!

The communication with the owners is a little bit hard, but we managed. At first sight, the apartment seemed very clean, but on the last night, we saw a couple of pretty big cockroaches running in the kitchen.

Everything was amazing, especially the jacuzzi.

It was hard to keep apartment warm due to very high ceiling, also heater in the kitchen wasn't working. They could provide guests with some slippers because floors are cold too.

You get exactly what is advertised. The accommodation is excellently equipped. The apartment is spacious. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Both bedrooms have a large flat screen TV and their own toilet and bathroom!!! Plus a hot tub! We especially appreciated the hot tub after our trip to Mount Etna ;) Communication with the host was excellent. We stayed here for two nights and can highly recommend this accommodation. We were here in August 2024.

Great spacious apartment, looks very recently renovated and woth everything one needs. 3 air conditioners, everything needed for cooking, great central location and very responsive host. Kept our luggage after check out which was appreciated.
