The location, good value for money

The breakfast mode has now changed from the last time I was here. Breakfast is now being served from the restaurant vs the breakfast bar. That makes it cold, not as much variety as before and very late. By 6am there was no food in sight unlike before. And usually when I come to Abuja, my day starts quite early. Also had some teenagers or young adults that made quite a bit of noise that I had to personally intervene by 1am to get some peace. The staff did not do anything about it. That should’ve been handled without my having to knock on another resident’s door.

The location was central, staff were very helpful and room was big and clean.

The duvet bottons were missing so came out of the cover and breakfast was horrible. They only had one option of toast, eggs and baked beans which was not tasty. The lack of variety was a let down.

Nice location in central Abuja

The room I stayed had so much noise, staffs making noise close to window, I reported to the reception but the issues persisted. I kept a notice to get the room cleaned but this was ignored. Breakfast was just ok, no variety. Staffs helping with the breakfast were quite polite and helpful. Female receptionist was also helpful.

Service was good, a bit more attention to facilities and maintenance. Overall it is a nice and clean hotel
