The room and bed size is very correct. A/C is working and water too.

I have been using this hotel for the past 3 years for my clients, colleagues and myself but this was the last time! Since no more managers are around, the staff is behaving anyhow. Cleaners seems to be the only ones who know what they are doing. I had to call 3 times to confirm a booking because my 2 emails were never replied. At breakfast one of the staff was sipping the coffee before delivering it to a guest and laughing with his colleague over this "funny joke"; another one passing by carrying his dirty mop on his shoulder; workers' phones on the breakfast table make it difficult to make myself a coffee. Smart TV did not work; we called their technician who never showed up. It is a pity because I remember this place when it was managed by a very committed lebanese lady and it was a good experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was a great addition. I loved the restaurant in front, the food was great.

Breakfast options could be clearer. The first time I went for breakfast, I was told it was buffet style but was left to guess what was available and had to ask before I was told I could make requests to the kitchen as well.

Good location, clean environment in and out.

Poor customer service. Ineffective air conditioning in my room. Lack of local meals in the restaurant, had to eat out.
