Convenient location at walking distance from Old Town with undisturbed surroundings. Was touched by Matija's thoughtful gesture for the packed breakfast as I'd vacated before opening time

Quarto amplo, localização ótima e anfitrião super gentil e solista.

The location was perfect to get to the old town walled city. About a 5 minute walk away. Having parking was wonderful! Our room was huge with a balcony where we could watch climbers on the mountain and people hiking up to the overlook.

The only downside was there are several flights of stairs, however the owner helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was average.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν 150 μέτρα από την είσοδο στην παλιά πόλη. Διέθετε πάρκινγκ στο χώρο του. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο με θέα στο κάστρο. Το πρωινό λόγω της εποχής δινόταν στο ξενοδοχείο Montechristo που απείχε 250 μέτρα και ήταν θαυμάσιο...

Firstly, our host was very pleasant and helpful, and easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. Offered to help with luggage, and suggestions for the area. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern, with a communal kitchenette, on the 2nd floor. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the wall into the beautiful old town. Close to shopping centre, supermarkets and bakeries. We really enjoyed our time at Kotor, and our very comfortable stay at Filip Deluxe rooms, and would recommend!

Filip bey her konuda yardımcı oldu. Giriş işlemlerini kolayca yaptık eşyalarımıza da ayrıca yardımcı oldu. Odalar temizdi. Yataklar ve oda konforluydu. Çatı katı olmasına rağmen çok ferah ve temizdi. Ortak bir mutfak alanı var odalar su ısıtıcı vs yok fakat ortak alandan kullanabilirsiniz dedi bir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu çok iyi merkeziydi. Yine gitsem tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Kahvaltısı pek güzel değildi. Mutfak açık alanda olduğu için kokular çok fazla odaya geliyordu. Otopark ın ücretli olması da dezavantaj fakat etrafta başka da park alanı olmadığı için mecburen kullandık. Gecelik 15 euro bence bir miktar fazlaydı otopark için.
