Emi House

The house has excellent location. It is in quiet surrounding. The garden is spacious and has children playground. The beach is great, with sun beds and natural shadows from trees. Both the garden and the beach are being cleaned every day. The apartment has wonderful sea view. The host is super friendly and makes you feel like home.

The furniture is a bit older. But doesn’t play much role since everything else is great.

Many people staying at this pension are returning guests and I can understand why: the location, sea-views, private beach access, garden and barbecue areas, cleanliness of the entire property and the kindness of Mrs. Sofia - the host - who was always looking to provide us with what we need - all these are the reasons that makes us to want to come back next year.

The bathroom is a bit too small, like in many other pensions built in the past, but Mrs. Sofia told us she is already planning some renovation works that will sort out this aspect.

Our stay in emi's house was excellent due to extremely pleasant owners, clean . This is the place where we would like to go again and again.

The place was perfect. Directly on the beach, beautiful views, in walking distance of nice restaurants and other beaches and great value for money. The hosts Alexandria and her family were really kind and welcoming.

Everything was perfect. The hosts maintain the yard and small private beach so beautifully. It has everything you need for real vacation and enjoyment.

We enjoyed our vacation at Emi House. Sofia is a great host and a kind person. If you are not a pretentious person, this is the perfect place to go, especially with kids.

Amazing view, kind guests, they helped us with washing our clothew as well during our stay. Big yard, private beach with sun loungers and lovely sand. Private parking in the shade. Would definitely visit again!

The host Sofia is discriminative and hostile and talked to us like we are lesser people and made constant dismissive sighs, remarks, comments and etc., all aimed to ruin our mood and vacation. Before even checking in, she gave my wife a 20 min lecture how she must save water while washing dishes and not be like Niagara waterfall (like washing dishes is my wife's life goal) and 10 min one about not talking in load voice on the balcony (we are very private and definitely not loud people). I didn't hear her say any of this to the German tourists. All that happened before we even reached our room and if it had stopped there, my rating would have been higher. During the next days host Sofia deliberately was looking for ways to pester my wife, culminating on day 3 of our stay where she stopped her to inform about upcomming cleaning and changing sheets, but dropped a disappointed sigh with disgusted expression "ohhh you were the Bulgarians"and strongly suggested my wife does all that alone because host Sofia had "another 4 rooms to clean and change sheets to". Then - when my wife said we don't have naps so the host cleaning won't disturb us and we don't mind waiting to be last, host Sofia came to the beach at 6 pm (we stay at the beach the whole day) and pretended this conversation didn't take place the way it did. She again tried to make my wife do the maid service the place provides for all other apartments, by twisting words and offering "her help to change the sheets and throw away garbage ourselves". It should be noted that all derogatory comments, all pestering and so on are accompanied by happy delighted smile by host Sofia and happy talks with her friends, that seem even happier the more she has disturbed my wife.

The view is amazing, really clean and tidy. The beach and the garden are very well maintained. Awesome hosts! Definitely will come back.
