"All in all we were happy with are stay."

Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.

Our reservation stated that breakfast was included. However, all we found was bread and jelly in the refrigerator. It probably woul be a good idea to mention the amount of stairs that are on the property in case someone has difficulty walking.
