Very clean and nice location - very comfortable

Although fine for us several steps upon entering which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

The WiFi was hit and miss

Nice living room.

For four adults especially the bedrooms were not sufficient. I think for 2 adults and 2 children perfect solution.

The only good thing about this place was the location. Good base to visit around Northumberland. However I would not return, plenty of other places to stay around the area.

The caravan looked nothing like the photos. No decking and the French doors were cable tied together. Door had huge gap when we arrived so draft was coming through, phoned the staff. A young man arrived to try to fix it, walk through the caravan with his wet muddy trainers on. Noise from neighbours was terrible, drunk shouting and fighting. Kids knocking on peoples caravans late at night and running away. The pool was absolutely filthy, obviously not open however that was not specified when booking. When checking out I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay or anything else for that matter. I didn’t even get a thank you.

The location of the site was fantastic, a quiet, peaceful place with so much nature everywhere. The scenery was beautiful and the highland cows were the icing on the cake.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
