Raston Guest House

The facility is perfectly situated. Not on the harbour, but close enough, and it is safe to walk. The host is the most friendly and caring person, and she went all the way to satisfy our needs. She is knowledgeable and shares info about the area. She keeps her hand on the facility, and it is squeaky clean. It was very pleasant to stay there.

The welcome was warm and friendly and we were given a lot of info about the flowers and sightings.

I know that they are new to the business and are planning on revamping and fixing up. The floor boards were terribly noisy ( I hope the guests next door didn't hear us treading the floor boards). I couldn't sleep in the bed with my husband as we met in the hollow in the middle.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The creaking wooden floors needs to be secured. It's sounds like one is in a ghost house when you walk around in the rooms.

The host, Cora, was very welcoming. She greeted us at he door when we arrived. Showed each of the family to their rooms and explained everything perfectly. The breakfast was amazing. All-in-all a wonderful stay.
