Πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφο σε αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία αν έχετε αμάξι δεν θα έχετε θέμα.Ο κύριος Νίκος πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πρόσχαρος. Εχει χώρο να παρκάρεις ακριβώς έξω από το διαμέρισμα.

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles ist neu! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden, um einen schönen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon nach Volos und das Meer. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, für die der nette Besitzer Holz (soviel man will) kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt. Außerdem hat man im Kühlschrank Saft, Butter, Toastbrot, Schinken, Käse und vieles mehr für uns bereit gestellt, sowie viele extra Sachen, wie Kaffee, Kekse, Obst usw Die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft !

Apartment is new, very well furnished, very beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and to make coffee. There were food supplies in the fridge for breakfast (bread, butter, jam, juice, water etc. ) and instant coffee (and sugar, milk) available. Bathroom had shampoo, shower gel and even body cream, not forgetting bath robe and slippers. Everything is exactly as you can see in photos. Textiles (curtains, bed clothes, towels) and kitchen dishes are very good quality. Even towels for the beach are available! All in all, apartment has been fixed with time, good planning and a lot of love! Outside + inside doors have a code system, which is very good and simply to use. Location is few minutes by car from the center of Portaria (parking available). There are other houses around but not so that they would disturb. View from the balcony was absolutely fantastic. Finally, Mr. Nikos was extremely good host, helpful, friendly and always available - whatever you need or ask for, he is of assistance! Thank you!
