Rafaella and Adrian are easily accessible. They stayed in touch throughout my stay. They also checked that I was satisfied with the accommodation. Questions were answered promptly. Highly recommended. Spacious, and has parking. I didn't realise how important that was until I read about parking rules in Italy. If you want to drive around make sure you find a property with parking.

A microwave in the kitchen would help with meals. There is an induction stove though. I have highlighted this so I suspect it will be sorted soon.

Parking/garage. The owners are good hosts. They are friendly and here for any problems.

Too many stairs (62), limited hot water tank (30l), occasional outages of power fuses.

"Pleasant"

With nice decoration and new materials being used, the flat has a quality feel to it. Coffee machine and free supplies of coffee were great. Air conditioning is also included. The kitchen equipment is limited (only small stove) but we were able to have our own breakfast at a decent table and with coffee/tea and enough space for 3 people, which was perfect for us.

The owners wanted to be provided with the passport documents while we were still standing in front of the door trying to work out how to get in. It was no problem in the end though to send the documents a little later. The electric charging station is a public charging across the road, it is not terribly useful / fair if that is then advertised as if the electric charging station was included or privately accessible. Especially if it is known to the owners that the charging station is currently out of service. General hint for electric car drivers: the Smart Verona App provides access to the city's chargers, and they are free! We used the one in Cimetero and charged 70 kWh for free while enjoying a wonderful evening including opera. The flat was unfortunately rather loud at night because of a nearby bar (Friday night...), and because the house is located on a corner of a busy road.
