Location, everything was comfy and clean.

Lack of washing/drying facilities and a Nespresso machine. The dog wasn't home :( :)

Excellent communication and instructions for locating the property that is set in a premium location, close to Lake Hayes walking and biking tracks. Short driving distance to the wonderful Ayrburn and 10 min drive to Millbrook and Arrowtown. Lovely garden outlook from the sunny living area, with a nice deck and outdoor dining area with BBQ. Everything is fresh, clean and new with excellent parking and very helpful hosts nearby.

A teapot and coffee plunger, or Nespresso machine, suitable for 4 adults would be useful. The upstairs loft is very difficult to access up a vertical ladder.

Lovely well fitted out accommodation in good location to explore Queenstown and the historic Arrowtown. Exceptionally well presented, very clean, quiet location and well thought out facilities provided for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend

I have no complaints, the accommodation / stay was lovely. Would recommend this place to people who have their own transport as it's not near a bus stop that we noticed.

"Lovely modern comfortable accommodation in handy location close to Ayrburn"

Nice comfortable modern accommodation, quiet location but close to Ayrburn and not far from town. The host was quite accommodating when we had to change plans and arrive later due to illness. Really cute cat that came to visit and was awesome to wake up in the morning and see a hot air balloon flying over.

It would be good to have blinds on the top windows in the living area as the sun was streaming in and it got very hot and bright. Had to wear sunglasses inside and couldn't sit at the dining table for a while. The kids liked the loft but the ladder was so painful on our feet that the adults couldn't get up there.
