Przyjemny, czysty apartament z aneksem kuchennym, bardzo blisko centrum. Po wyjściu z budynku znajdują się restauracje i kawiarnie.

Brakuje wyposażenia w kuchni, przydałoby się więcej kubków i talerzy. Klimatyzacja jest dość głośna.
