La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione al centro di Salonicco. Il letto matrimoniale è estremamente comodo. La cucina è piccola, ma sufficiente per cucinare pasti veloci, anche se ci sono due pentole un po' piccole per cucinare dei pasti per 4 persone (consiglio di portarle da casa o di avvisare da prima gli host se doveste averne averne bisogno). La camera dispone di un piccolo terrazzino, affacciato nell'interno del condominio, dove si trovano tanti piccoli e meravigliosi gatti. Il bagno è piccolo, ma pulito.
