All is great. You get everything you need and can feel like home there. Location is good, but obviously if you travel by car. Highly recommended.

No complaints at all, but I would recommend to improve following: Not really convenient approach to open gates when you leave/arrive by car. Knives in the apartment need sharpening. The chandelier hangs low and I hit it with my head few times

"Stay here it is worth it."

Excellent location. Walking distance to Arco. Easy drive to Riva. Secure and reserved parking spot inside the property. Locked / secure location to store our bicycles. Access to the riding paths (sweet bike specific lanes) was easy.

We were 3 adults so one of us had to stay in one of the bunk beds. Not super comfortable but acceptable.

Really good communication with the host, Raffaele has been very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Arco, really nice quiet little town only a few minutes drive from busy Riva del Garda. It's great you can park your car in the shadow on the courtyard with coded dors. Loved the apartment, it was super clean, modern and very well equipped, attention to details (washing liquid next to washing machine, 3 kinds of shower gel, plenty of towels, coffee and sugar, water in the fridge). The view from the terrace is amazing

Shame there are no mosquito nets, just a small detail
