MYEasy parking. Room clean. Stayed at 3rd floor. No lift. Check out process need to be improved. When i checked out at 7.30am, no staff at the counter and have to call the hotel owner on the check out process. Was told that counter will only open at 8am

MY1. Location. Within the town area. 2. Comfortable size hotel room for 2 pax (adult). 3. Tidy & clean room and toilet. 4. The mattress & pillow are comfy. Blankets and towels are provided. 5. AC works very well. 6. Hot water works very well with good water pressure. 7. There is a convenience store downstairs (Daytime only). 8. Some attractions and nearby restaurants are within walking distance. 9. Our room was not ready once we arrived. So they transfer us to an upgraded room for free. Love it. 10. Ample free car parking surrounding.
1. Check-In and Check-out need to wait a bit. Reception is also the same people who do the cleaning. Ring the bell and she will come but give her a bit of time. 2. There is no mini fridge in the room. 3. No Kiblat pointer on the ceiling. So we use our Kiblat Apps.
