"Good value. Good location close to Mall and downtown"

The location, guards on duty made it feel safe. Value for money.

I feel the owners should a Cleaning charge as the bathroom needed a deep clean and shower curtain mouldy. I feel guests wouldn’t mind paying a little more for a cleaner bathroom

I like its minimalist interior and the size of the room is bigger compared to Avida and Spatial studio units. The bed is also soft and bedframe is quite nice. The owner is accommodating. Overall, we had a great staycation!

Nothing.. We love it! Would love to stay again.

The landlord lady was exceptionally caring and considerate. She took good care of us! The location is excellent walking distance from all amenities needed.

"We had a great stay and the owner is accommodating. Easy transaction but the shower flooded and there was no free parkin"

Close to SM City and easy location.

1. Chose the place because when I chose the filters, I selected “free parking” but there was none. No one mentioned that parking at the outside lot costs ₱150/night. 2. Shower flooded.
