No refrigerator in the room
MYMYNothing I like from this hotel.
We were charged for a total Rm390 for 1 room. 1 queen and 1 single bed. The rooms are very small for this price. I knew it was a super peak hour due to convocation day in UPSI. BUT ITS TOOO MUCH IF Rm390 for a 3 person room. I booked only 1 bed queen bed for my family. For 3 people. Because i think there should not be any issue becouse we are only staying for about 11 hours. I arrived at 7pm and will be checking out at 630am. And we only sleep for about 4 hours. Staff are no compromise at all.. they say becouse it's a hotel policy's need to add on another Rm150 to add on 1 bed. no lift, not recommendded for anyone who bring big luggage. Access card for 3 person room ONLY GIVEN 1. I asked for a 2nd access card, I was charged again for RM50 for deposit. And the young chinese receptionists are very rude. Mop the floor while we are there waiting for the grab. I think she didn't know the simple manners. Please think twice before choosing this hotel.
