"Stunning place"

It looks very nice and cozy. I stayed here for a couple of days and would return anytime :) It’s really close to the city centre, only a few minutes by foot. The place is well equipped with cutlery and small appliances. The host Ivan was really helpful and friendly!

Amazing place to stay in Split! The room is clean and modern with everything you need. Excellent location, the best I’ve found in Split so far.. Host is also excellent, great communication and very helpful.

Easily the best accommodation in Split. Clean, modern and comfortable. Such a great location with everything you need close by. Ivan the host displayed excellent communication skills which is so important when you are travelling and tired after a long day, he also offered assistance with anything I needed multiple times which was greatly appreciated. I was able to check into the room early at no extra cost. 10/10 nothing bad to say about this wonderful accommodation. Don’t think just book it!

The hotel facilities are relatively new and the decoration style is also good

1. The door of the room is transparent. The store said it was photosensitive glass, but at night, as long as the light was turned on in the room, it could be clearly seen from outside. The store also said that the blackout curtains had not arrived yet, which was very sad. 2. The sewer was not cleaned in time, and the water was blocked when taking a shower. I had to clean it myself. 3. The room was on the 0th floor and it was very humid. Even if the air conditioner was turned on, it still felt uncomfortable. 4. The water heater has too little hot water storage capacity to meet the requirement of washing with water for 10 minutes. Once the water is used up, you have to wait for it to boil again.

"We have a great stay!!"

It’s a very well designed room. Very clean and comfortable!! The owner is very friendly and helpful!! Great location. Just two minutes walk to the old town.

There is no cable or tv channels.
