Bernard was very helpful and professional. I just felt bad everytime i had to call and ask him to open the gate. I hope that next time i visit the remote issue will be sorted

The guesthouse was close to a concert I was going to, so that was very convenient. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager that was on duty—but he could be a little bit more neutral when talking to guests who are facing a problem. ( we had water problems )

The room could use an air conditioner—the room was too cold and the only thing that was available was a fan.

"We enjoyed our visit."

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, we really enjoyed our visit there.

There were some small cockroaches in the bathroom. The fan wasn’t working.
